"Unfortunately I do not recommend Dr. Kossowan. I had a very negative experience in which I was fitted for Invisalign, had my deposit taken and then the doctor went radio silent and continued to charge my credit card for four months despite providing me no service. After several attempts of getting in contact for an update, I was told that my Invisalign was delayed due to "Covid delays". I have since decided to take my business elsewhere but have not had any luck receiving my deposit back despite several attempts."
