"The front staff is very accommodating and friendly every visit which is highly appreciated. The work however on my last visit was very rough and unbelievably harsh. I was not explained the procedure BEFORE the work was done. They explained they were shaving the sides WHILE doing the procedure was ALREADY being done, this lead to some bleeding. Along with that my tooth was left UNEVEN and not even cared to be finished correctly. This was completely unprofessional and careless of the assistant and the orthodontist perform as their work as professionals along with their delivery being completely uncommunicative.
