"Left 3 voicemails over the span of multiple months to schedule a grooming for my dog that has been groomed here previously. Never was able to reach anyone via phone and also never received any call backs to schedule a grooming. They are extremely difficult to reach and seem to ignore their phone line as I’ve called many times in between voicemails. I waited patiently for a response, even if it was that they were too booked, before I decided to leave a negative review. I’d look elsewhere if you need a grooming service."

"I always leave my doggies here to board. It is their home away from home! They are well taken care of and so happy. They always walk in like they own the place. We also groom them here and are very satisfied. I have left my dogs here over 10 times and even had my sister in law leave hers while she visited from FL. Thank you Deb and Jackie for always taking such care of my babies."
