"Go somewhere else. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Pretty terrible experience there. I believe I was lied to and experienced terrible communication. Equipment seems outdated. Lady seemed to be in a bad mood and made me uncomfortable. Insisted she knew better than everyone. The main dentist has very shaky hands. The fish tank is nasty brown. Wait was long during my previous appointment. Overall I don't think this is a facility that I can trust to perform good honest dental work. There was a younger man with a gold watch possibly related to dentist he was nice and respectful to me at least."

"Best dentist experience I can honestly say that I have had! I love the vibe of this family. I’ve never been more relaxed having someone work on my teeth. The hygienist treated me like a human on an equal level. I often feel that I am being treated as a subject when in the dental chair, like a potential passing or failing grade. Here I felt like a caring human is taking care of the caring human that I am and I felt like it was her calling to work on teeth as opposed to a profession chosen by the ego as we see far too often in the medical field these days. I highly recommend!"

"Wildly frustrating experience. Booked appointment and specifically stated I was looking for checkup and cleaning. I am NYC based but upstate for quarantine so I made arrangements to borrow a car, drove 40 minutes to be there for 9am appointment. Doctor saw me for 2 minutes, told me the hygienist who does cleanings does not work on Tuesdays (then why did they book me, looking for a cleaning, for a Tuesday?) and I would have to come back next week. Then tried to book a third appt for a small filling. I asked if it would be possible to take care of both at the same appointment considering it was difficult for me to get access to a car and drive there. Was able to, but why had this not been the default? Then, less than 24 hrs before my second appointment they call to say they have to move my appointment and cannot get me another for a full month. I understand that things happen, but at this point, there is clearly zero regard for my time and zero organization at this office."
