"Be careful about ordering anything from Velasca online. Without telling you, customers have to pay for exorbitant customs duties on the returns back to Italy. I ordered 3 winter coats. None of them fit. Velasca stated that it was free shipping and sent a pre-paid label, which was great and they were very nice about it. What they dont tell you is that in baked into that pre-paid label with Fedex, you the customer are responsible for any taxes/duties on the return. I had to pay about $500 just to return the coats, which was the cost of one of the coats itself. Not sure how a brand can operate with returns that cost you a monthly car payment just to get back to them."
