"Horrible service. The man Jean has no clue what he is doing. He fails to attach the proper paperwork and then blames you for allegedly not telling him. He doesn't follow up with you after he says he will. He messed up my paperwork and now after filing on the 31st of January, I had to call the IRS to see what was the status of my taxes, since I had yet to receive them, after having to gather the needed paperwork, I am forced to wait an additional 6 to 8 weeks. If you want to wait over three months to receive your refund AND pay $1000, go to them. Lastly, the fee of $1000 was never discussed with me. This is a scam business who only cares about making a profit. I do not recommend their services."
