"Kayla at K9 Kuts NC is amazing! We have a three-year-old husky and 2 1/2 year-old Bearcoat Sharpei both very heavy shedding dogs and she did an amazing job.. bathing, trimming & deshedding them, etc. our Sharpei has a tough time at the groomers anxiety and she kept him at ease. She did a fantastic job grooming Both our dogs! Many thanks"

"Not a very good experience for me or our ShihTzu. This breed is notoriously temperamental, and especially do not like their faces touched. Most groomers know this and make the appropriate adjustments. (This pup has been groomed dozens of times). In this case (our first time using), I got a frantic call that she was afraid of being bitten, etc. (after cautioning about his muzzle). I went to pick up my boy and he was not even half done? Never finished shaving his paws OR clipping his nails?? (Nowhere near his face, by the way). Would never go back, nor recommend. Unprofessional, to say the least."

"I recently took my dog, Max, to Kayla for a bath and nail trim. He hates having his nails trimmed, isn’t good with other dogs, and is generally a bit anxious, so baths are usually stressful for him. Kayla only takes one dog, or family, at a time, and keeps her dog put away during grooming. Max came out smelling great, his nails look better than they have with any other groomer, and best of all, he seemed content and not stressed! Will definitely be back and I highly recommend Kayla for your dog grooming needs!"
