"The staff is so welcoming and kind and Dr. Mercier is the most compassionate man and he genuinely cares for you and wants you to live a better life. He takes time with us and makes sure all our questions are answered and explains in detail what he wants us to do to get better. I personally think he is the best doctor in North Carolina, one reason why his office is packed with patients. We may have to wait some time after our scheduled appointment; but it is because you know he is taking his time with another patient and you want the same thing. How fortunate we are to have him in our county."
