"I have been taking my dog Sinatra to the same groomer for years. Due to his old age, health issues and anxiety the drive to the old groomer was too much for him. I had such anxiety trying to find a groomer closer to home. I took a chance on Carolina Groom Room and boy am I glad I did! April answered all my questions no matter how big or small and she even allowed me to come and visit the place before I brought my dog which made me feel more comfortable. Sinatra was groomed EXACTLY how I asked, he smells nice even had a bandana put on him after which I thought was a very good touch. The price was incredible for the services you receive. I appreciate the store is smaller too because I feel like your pet gets the one on one attention they all deserve. We will definitely be back and I will be recommending all my friends and family to this place."
"My daughter took Tina for a nail clipping yesterday; She returned with a Cute Flower on Her Collar and a most adorable scent. She noticed while cleaning her ears that She had an ear infection and since We had an appointment for later that day We were able to get Her medical attention and for that I am very appreciative.
