"This place is ground zero for private school shoes. Kids grow fast, they go through shoes. They have every style for dozens of schools, In every size there is. No small "feet" (pun intended) for a storefront thats like 10 "feet" across (no pun intended, but there it is just the same). Great customer service to "boot". (This is getting too easy). I walked in told them what I needed, walked out, literally 2 minutes later."

"This is my second year ordering from White Cross and I must say, they have one of the best customer service I have ever experienced and I shop online a lot. Kids feet are constantly changing and I have never had any issue exchanging the shoes. They always exchange it in a timely manner and very very friendly when I call. "Terrible shoes and customer service!! I’ve had to exchange a few pairs of shoes and it’s only been the first month of school. Let’s talk about scams because 1) they don’t refund money 2) they have the nastiest of attitudes when you call them out on their bs of products!! I don’t understand why the school won’t switch shoe company but you can bet a strong case will be made to switch to a better shoe company!!"

"Customer service, when at the store is Superb. They fit the shoes well, my child never has a problem. Only reason I am giving 4 stars is because they Still have their old address on Catherine Ave listed!! &&& When they go out to Schools to do fittings, They close the store!! Grrrrrrr It's not Cool and extremely inconvenient. Other than that.. They are great. If they fixed those things, I would of gave them 5 stars."
