"Absolutely love Michael the groomer! I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years! I bring all 3 of my dogs and 3 of my mother dogs here! We’re always satisfied with her work! There’s no other place I would trust with my pups. I’ve had horrible experiences before with groomers but Michael takes care of my pups and is always honest! Definitely recommend! Everyone there is also super nice!"

"Terrible experience, I gave very detailed instructions on what I wanted done to my dog and what not to do. She was dropped at 11am, didn’t her back until 8:45pm only to see she was a mess. These are before and after. I said DONT cut her hair, leave her legs and head full, and the total opposite was done. She wasn’t matted because I brush her daily. I kept calling because it never takes this long, and I felt like something was wrong.I called back after leaving and Michael the groomer was supposed to call me back and never did, the manager was supposed to call me back and of course, she didn’t."
