"I've been with Dr.Pal for almost 10 years now and have had cancer for 15years. I believe that together, Dr.Pal and I have kept me alive with terrible stage IV metastatic canc. I would recommend him to anyone that wants to really live and have a chance. His bedside manner is above any other Dr. I've had. He cares, listens, and is super patient. Actually, my entire cancer team is amazing. I had no insurance for a long time and still got the BEST care and the best surgeons. My favorite surgeon is Dr.Leslie Webster who has saved me plenty of times in the OR. Chemo patients can be very risky to do surgery on but when I've needed it, I've made it. Dr. Webster is at Surgical Specialists of Charlotte and Dr.Pal is across the street from him. My Palliative Dr., Dr. Spencer, is located in the same building as Dr.Pal. She's incredible and so is my oncology psychiatrist Dr.Alicia Romeo which they will ask you to see one. And they will refer you to a palliative Dr also who will take care of your pain. Palliative care, contrary to popular belief, is not hospice nor does Palliative care mean you are at deaths door. Eventually it will. They are all with Levine Cancer Center. I don't write to many reviews but I just felt compelled to do so today. I had about 15months left at diagnosis and I'm still getting treatment but doing great. A couple thousand brain cells are missing from chemo(what they say is true and more.) So if you need a blood specialist or oncologist, you now have great recommendations. Please take care of yourself and listen to your intuition and don't ignore signs. That's the killer. So much more I could say, I could write a book but I have to go. Thank you to my cancer team and take care of yourselves. Take a minute to just be quiet, no phones, tablet, TV and just listen to your body. Your soul will thank you and probably your family to."

"I was sent to see Dr. Pal for some more involved blood work not cancer thank goodness. He came highly recommended by my GP that I adore as well. He is fantastic! He really spends time with you to make sure you understand and know what he is recommending for you. He welcomes questions and I really felt like my appointments are just as important as his more involved cases. He had all my results pulled up before the appointment began so we could compare the numbers and it was all neatly together on an iPad and was easy to understand(This impressed me because I am a visual person and had printed it all from home to go over with him) VERY friendly and EXCELLENT bedside manner.
