"My wife got her hair cut here on 2/11/23. Pros: The salon is clean and the stylist was courteous. Cons: Her hair was cut MUCH shorter than she asked for. No worries . . . in three weeks, the length will be perfect. But the stylist clearly made a huge error in the back, cutting out a large swath of hair that shouldn't have been cut and leaving the back totally uneven. Worse, she said nothing about it, charged the full price of $35 for the cut, and accepted a generous tip. It was odd that the stylist didn't offer a mirror to see the back of the hair, but as soon as my wife got home, she realized why. In our book, if you mess up, you 'fess up. Had the stylist said something and discounted the cut, we'd be understanding and would return in the future. Since no attempt was made to acknowledge this huge "oops" and make this right, not only will we never return, we'll tell everyone we know not to go to Teresa's."
