"Most unprofessional establishment this can't be real. Had an appointment scheduled and the day before my appointment the receptionist calls and ask if I can come in a half an hour early, I agreed. So the next day is my appointment I received another call telling me they need to reschedule because my appointment is going to infer with their staff meeting. I take the new appointment only to find out what my original schedule appointment I'm no longer been seen for it which I've been waiting for 8 months for them to take care of it. If I could give zeros stars I would"

"This is the worst one of the worst dental offices but most of them are no good in this area Aspen Wilson Eastman Rochester regional they're all less than a Zero and when you go to report them like I did then they'll say you're banned from the or you've been taken out of the practice or some other trumped up lie the dirty they're filthy the utensils have skin from other patients on them especially the Rochester regional one on Genesee Street they should be closed but they're not closed yet"

"Worst dentist ever..I have insurance and they want you to come 2 times a week for cleaning but they don't do anything else. They use up all your money doing cleanings and when u need real work they say u owe money when clearly I'm covered. My teeth still aren't fixed..they should b closed!!"

"They are NEVER on time. Every single time I arrive my appointment time is magically changed. Staff are very unprofessional. Always a extremely long wait time, If i could give a 0 star review I completely would. I would absolutely never recommend this dentist office to anyone, unless they want their time wasted."
