"They have 2 stalls, they offer soap, rinse, conditioner, oatmeal wash, veterinarian wash, and blow dry, 10 minutes for 5$."

"Wasted my time driving 20 minutes to get there wasted my seven dollars because the machine all different soap types they offer was out of soap so it just put plain water on my dog the dryer halfway worked the only reason I hit one star so it would let me give A review They have a telephone number and their shop however, it’s just a fax machine number nowhere on any website list a phone number for this company I was going to make contact with them and let them know what happened to see if I can get my money back like a regular machine you put money in so do not waste your time or money. This is the second time in a month I took my dog down there the first time the dryer didn’t work at all so this time I took plenty of towels with me just in case. Then today I find out all the soaps are empty"

"COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. Only the right station works properly, the water is FREEZING FOR 3-4 OF THE 10 MINUTES, the shampoo took another 2 minutes to even start working, and the dryer spits out freezing cold air. My dogs were terrified, didn't get clean and we wasted 10 bucks. Will never use this again, good concept horrible application"

"Easy access, wasn’t crowded. Easy to operate. Similar to a car wash. Put your money in, choose cycle (shampoo, rinse, dry, etc), and wash your pup! Takes cash (bills or coins). We spent $7 for 14 minutes. Didn’t get our poodle totally dry, but if we had put in more money and dried her longer, we could have. There isn’t a separate area for wet & dry, so that didn’t make the drying part any faster. There are 2 wash stations, and everything worked just fine on the one we used! We would use it again."

"I had just left and it smelt clean in the place and didn’t look too dirty I mean it is a self wash so it’s not gonna be perfect. I was in bay 1 and the first issue is neither bays had a clip to attach to my pup so I did a self made one with my leash. I put $10 in the machine to make sure I gave myself enough time for the wash and dryer. Everything is fine with the wash part but then I had 5 minutes left and went to use the dryer and it doesn’t work so that was the second issue. So I was shorted for my money and now have a wet dog in my car. I like that I can go somewhere local and do it myself instead of a groomers. But I don’t like that there isn’t any contact information so if there’s an issue it can be resolved."
