"I had a thorough exam and Dr Gupta was nice and informative. However, inspite of the fact that I had no pain, she insisted that I needed 2 root canals, which a 2nd consult said I did not need. Also, I changed insurance shortly after the first visit and they wanted me to take a photo of the card and text it to them, which I wouldn't do as it is not a secure way to send it. The office staff was quite insistent that I had to do it that way, but I didn't do it. Turns out it didn't matter as their endodontist which was to do the root canals was out indefinitely, though I had to call to find that out. I think they are not totally professional and it looks like they recommended unnecessary expensive treatment of 2 root canals for me."
