"I had hair to the middle of my back. Asked for a blunt trim with face frame. After cutting 6 inches off my hair, taking a chunk out of one side of my hair, asking if i want both sides of the face frame to match and attempting to take a matching chunk out of the other side, I asked for a manager. She huffed and wouldn't respond. She was on her phone from the minute she picked up the scissors worst hair cut of my life. My hair is now at my shoulders- 7 INCHES GONE and now I will be growing my hair for a year to make up for her ineptitude. Do NOT let Bethany touch your hair. You will seriously regret it. The manager did do her best to fix it."
