"I love Aspen Dental. Had my uppers extracted yesterday 2/08/24 and received my temp plate. I was pissed. I went in today for my post-op app and let them know that the plate was awful and I hated it. It didn’t even look like my mold and it was lopsided .To make matters worse, a new impression couldn’t be made because my extractions were just done yesterday. So my dentist calls in another, they exchange some words about the denture and after a couple minutes they decided to make my top mold from my bottom mold and have me do another wax bite, then come back in three hours. I’m like so they really just said they’re gonna make me a new set for the top from the bottom. All I’m thinking is, I’m definitely gonna get my money back… because they guarantee it. I can not believe what I’m seeing and feeling. They look awesome… they feel awesome… I can’t even tell I had extractions yesterday, NO PAIN. No glue.. If I was an emotional guy, I’d be crying right now. Aspen Dental is the Best!!"
