"I've been to a dozen different dentist's offices and this is the best practice I've ever found. Everyone is friendly. Communication about everything is always crystal clear, from appointments to costs to issues. If you have a complaint the office manager (Fi) who knows your name after your first visit will address it and make sure you're happy, but there's almost never anything to complain about. They treat you like family and I couldn't ask for more."
