Apparently when you have health issues and have to reschedule appointments too many times you are no longer suitable for them. And they don't accept Medicare! They actually refused to see me now that I have problems with a root canal that they insisted I needed!"

"DO NOT GO TO DDP. We have been loyal patients since 2020, and have sent them several referrals. I hate this place with a passion. I have always been regular with my appointments, and always confirm insurance eligibility prior to my appointments ( because who is going to pay $165 for a glorified teeth brushing appointment) Prior to my cleaning, the dental hygienist (whom I won’t name, she is a very nice lady, who works for a money hungry dentist. Kathleen, yes you know I’m referring to you.) assured me my visit was covered by insurance minus the $35 fluoride treatment. I proceeded with the cleaning, paid the $35. Weeks later I get a bill in the mail for the cleaning because it “wasn’t covered by insurance “ This was not my mistake. Your office had told me prior to my appointment that it was covered. I called the office several times requesting to speak with the owner, and was ignored. I guess spending time at her canandaigua lake house was more of a priority. (You should really clean the love sac, as it has a weird odor) Bills kept getting sent. After months of trying to remedy this, I finally spoke with Kathleen who couldn’t care any less and wanted me to be at fault for the mistake of her employee. You’re a scum bag of a person Kathleen, and I will dispute this until the very end. We have taken our business to a much smaller, HONEST practice. Even had our friends switch too!"
