"Called for a quote and to schedule an appointment for my long-haired baby,Princess, that had some big mats on her chest because if she isn't sleeping, she's grooming herself. Alix not only gave me price ranges, but was able to get my baby in same day. We were afraid she was going to have to shave her down, but nope, she was able to get the mats out and sent my baby home smelling fresh. She really took her time and patience with her. "Need a cat groomer? LOOK NO FURTHER!!! We have used Ally Cats Pet 2 times for Astrid and thought to try out our grey cat Roo. Roo has a hard time with car rides and has asthma as well so anything that can cause stress for him, he doesn’t do well with. Ally is CPR certified, which made me feel so much more at ease upon dropping him off. Also knowing that in any event of a major crisis, the vet is 2 minutes away from her spa location! That’s also a big plus!!!! She took her time with Roo, allowing him to get acclimated and calm down before getting started. She had every tool imaginable to make Roos experience as efficient as it can be. She was finished with both cats within two hours! Outstanding! Ally truly has a passion and she is so great at what she does! We plan to keep her around for all of our cat spa needs!!!! -Erica"
