"It was overall a decent experience…until the end when she said it would be $75 for a full set of acrylic nails. We asked if she took cards, she said yes but then asked for cash and pointed to ATM in the store. We gave her $100 and she just says “thanks”, doesn’t think we need any change or even ask? After clearly overcharging me already? Won’t be back."

Whether it's a gel mani or pedi, or a quick eyebrow waxing, I am always pleased with the quality, timeliness, and cleanliness of my experience. I really enjoy their new pedicure chairs too! "I was there about a week ago. First of all, they don’t sterilize the tools. I didn’t even see them wash them. Even the nail files had particles of other peoples nails! Second of all, no offense, but the lady who did my nails has very gross fungus on her thumb nails. They’re brown. It was gross enough to be touched by those things. (Sorry if I’m being offensive, but it’s a nail salon. People who work there should have at least clean hands) And third of all, she destroyed my cuticles, so I’ve been struggling with infection for about a week now. I can’t play piano or do regular things because my fingers are infected and they really hurt. Will NOT recommend this place and will not go there ever again. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one is just ridiculous. I paid for my infected fingers. Used no polish. Just wanted a clean up. Very disappointed."

"Always go to this salon for gel nails, went back to have the gel polish removed, in the past was charged $10, this time the charged me $25. Yes they did file them both times with no polish. I felt that was a bit high, also with their web page down, no prices are available to compare. I was quoted $10 less over the phone for the original gel polish and when the service was down and told me $10 more, the only response was they quoted the higher price. Love the nails, but not feeling comfortable with the prices than changing them."

"I've had a great experience most of the time: Almost everyone here is very good. One older woman who needs more experience, but the owners are very kind and talented. I feel the prices are fair and cheaper than many other nail salons I've been to in the area and in OP. I will continue to go here because the location is convenient and I'm happy with the service I receive."
