"The staff are extremely rude, dentist never there. I had scans done that showed a cavity, yet I still had to explain to the lady I had a cavity that got filled wrong before when I was younger. After they filled the cavity 6 months later (cause they are super booked up) and never filed down the filling so I can't floss. I explained this to them and they still didn't fix it. When I went in for my cleaning (I had to wait 40 minutes for after my scheduled time) they had to do another scan cause they didn't do the right one last appointment. They told me I had a lot of cavities but hesitated to show me the xray after I asked where the cavities were located they were vague about it and never showed me exactly where. I was rushed through my whole appointment and then told to deal with it by the receptionist. They definitely only want to take your money, DON'T TAKE YOUR CHILDREN THERE!"

"DO NOT GO HERE!! If you want to pay extra of THOUSANDS dollars to get your teeth fixed then don’t go here. They were supposed to put a crown on my root canal… never did or mentioned it and i had to get the tooth EXTRACTED! Do not bring your children here, do not recommend it to anyone, they are horrible!! So ashamed I ever went here. I have paid an extra $7,000 for THEIR MISTAKES. I’m strongly advising you do not go here."

"Fyi!! It may say Davita on the door but there is only 1 dentist there Dr. Vidal. Whom google says work somewhere else. No real information on her or credentials available. A courtesy letter would of been nice letting us all know the dentist’s we trusted for year’s are all gone, And an introduction to new dentist, but Nope it’s a totally different practice just took over. And they pretend it never happened."

"100% recommend this office for pediatric dental care. Today was my 2 year olds first visit to the dentist and it went amazing. Jenny ( the hygienist) came right out to the waiting room and got down to my toddlers level and immediately was interacting with her and looking at books while speaking to her dad and I. When we got back to the chair she took the time to show my daughter all the tools on the tray, what they do and how the chair worked. When it came time to actually count and clean her teeth, she was very patient, calm and reassuring. When she was finished she gave my daughter a high 5 and told her how great she did. It was a very pleasant experience and I’m so glad we chose the Ogden dental group for our daughter."

"After waiting over a month and a half for our appointment , his very first visit to the dentist did not go well. As young children it’s very important for the hygienist and doctors to be patient and understanding to the child’s fears and concerns. I guess going to the dentist isn’t always supposed to be easy , but the way that they made my son AND me feel , was unacceptable. Of course I know they have a job to do , clean teeth and address the problems , but there’s GOT to be a friendlier and more pleasant way to introduce kids to the dental health experience. There was another dental assistant present , who seemed to chime in and make my son smile a little more. Was playful and explained things even from off the sidelines . I wish we had her instead. Our teeth cleaner talked with a thick accent muffled through a mask. It was a traumatic and scarring experience for us both. We didn’t even finish our appointment . We left ."
