"Dr Seagert Is amazing and very good at what she does. The office staff Leslie, however, is not. I had an emergency situation and did the right thing by calling the practice. They told me to come in right away, I did. The Dr stated she thought I may have a virus but scheduled an ultrasound and did an exam. I went home happy with that and decided not to waste money on additional exams I didn't think I needed. I called today to see if I still needed to come in for a follow up and was treated so badly by Leslie that I will never return here nor will I refer anyone I know here. Leslie could use a training in customer service and bed side manner. Sad because my experience with everything else was great and to end it with that, just sad. 2 stars from me because of this staff member. Everyone else was great from her nurse to the doctor to the medical assistance."

"Excellent experience, treated me as a 'person' not and insurance policy. I had a laparoscopic hernia repair. My recovery time has been quick. Only two pills, pain med, needed. Doctor Siegert is a true pro with hernia repair."
"I was referred there by my family doctor. On the first appointment I found myself waiting in a patients room for one hour and fifteen minutes and had to leave without being seen because I had to be back at work. That was dissapointing. They gave me a different appointment and when I called to move it to a different day they could not find me scheduled as they had told me before. Still, I made an appointment for late in the afternoon since the lady stated "it should be less hectic". The appointment was at three. Got there in time, took me to the patient room quite fast and then at 3:48 I had to AGAIN walk out without seeing the doctor. When scheduling I had asked if I was going to be seen on time to pick kids from school at 4:00 and the lady told me "you'll have plenty of time". No excuse this time. The waiting room was empty when I arrived and empty when I left. Unacceptable. I Feel disrespected. I can move my schedule around to fit them so I will honor the times given and will wait 10, 15, 20 even 35 minutes but not over an hour and 15 and again 48 min."
