They do not over sell the cosmetic side, but do educate on options available. The office itself is a bit tired, drab and worn, which is why they received a 4 rating instead of 5. But overall, a solid experience."

"I am very dissatisfied with the bill I received. I was told when I called for a refill on the cream for my rosacea that I had to be seen to get a refill.(seriously for a mild rosacea case). I was in the office with the doctor for maybe 3 minutes at the most and the charge was $176.58. After my Medicare supplement paid I was billed $75.05. And the doctor wasn’t even aware that she had changed the first prescription to something else because it was outrageously expensive. I’ll never go back and would not recommend to anyone."

"I was very very disappointed at how I was treated by the office staff. I was scoffed at by the front office staff when asked to be called with my biopsy results instead of it being mailed to me on an open post card!!! I had a follow up appointment to have a stitch removed and shots put in my skin and needed to reschedule it. They could not make me an appointment until two months out!! I told her that there was a stitch to be removed and I was told they could see me in another week. I was so upset at how things were being handled I cancelled the appointment and told them I would take the stitch out myself. They said ok and hung up the phone. No care for patient care at all!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE IF YOU WANT GOOD PATIENT CARE!!!"
