"UPDATE 9.15.2023-My review has not changed at all. I still get awesome service and haircuts here at the Walden Galleria. What I want to COMPLAIN about is the salon itself. It looks like a dump. When a business does not care about its looks, it makes me wonder if this store will close soon. Everything in it must be replaced. I pay a lot for a haircut, and the surroundings should match that. I can go to many other places and be in beautiful surroundings. The employees deserve to work in a better place with equipment that works. I heard a small makeover will happen, but it NEEDS a lot more than that. Maybe more people would go there if the salon did not look like a Third World country. END I get terrific service, haircuts and styling from this location. To me, everyone is so nice. There was a time about 10 plus yrs ago I would not have recommended this salon. Since the last 6 or 7 years I have had nothing but terrific service and hair cuts. Everyone is kind and nice to me. I really get a lot of positive comments about my hair from complete strangers, and they always ask where do I go. I always tell them where and who I see there. Ken is very nice. He is always running around doing so much for the salon."

"I called prior to making a appointment asking if they could put high lights on my hair since it's a dark brown, I was told yes so I booked. I said I wanted my grey hair colored and overall brown color along with a razor haircut. I asked for no red highlights or in the color. After coloring my hair she said twice we can't do the hairlights. When asking why. She said her manager said no, my hair is too dark. Okay, so when cutting my hair she's saying I don't like doing a razor cut all over the head so I didn't get my full razor cur just the ends. After paying 99.00 and 20. Tip. I check my hair once home and find a bunch of grey hair in the rear and reddish brown hair. I call to tell them and get a appointment and show up on time to find out Kelly called in sick with being told they tried calling me. No so. I cancelled the new appointment and plan not to return."

"Cut and perm. He used the wrong product for my perm. I am a natural blonde still at 57. I told Michael I don’t color my hair when I made the appointment. He forgot what I had said and assumed I color my hair. It was straight as an arrow by two days. Never again"
