He has been very professional with his suggestions on color and hair styles and what works best for me. Can't say anything bad about him and obviously if I didn't care for his business I wouldn't have gone to him for so long!"

"I would give more stars if possible.I have been a client for close to 30 years and never had a bad experience.I work with the general public on a regular basis and know it is impossible to make everyone happy but can say that I have never had issue with changing a appointment with proper notice. I totally understand a salon charging a fee for a no show or last minute cancellation.Sounds like the person complaining has “other” issues....friendly pleasant salon .I highly recommend Chuck and GOTTA HAIR DESIGN"

They are very accommodating with appointments, I have never had a problem. I will add as a business owner myself it is up to clients to make sure that your scheduling your appointments and keeping them. With that being said, I've only experienced fantastic service from all the staff/ owner at Gotta Hair Design ."
"Prior post is not at all my experience. Have used this salon/stylist for years with nothing but great results. Owner has a large client base, and of course is only one person, so he cannot accommodate you with appointment times already booked by other clients. And he only charges for last minute cancellations after you've made a habit of it. Book in advance to get the time you want, don't cancel without notice over and over again, and you won't have a problem. Always does a great job, and I've always gotten compliments on the results."
