"There was a billing mistake to the insurance on their part, and instead of working with us and seeing there was a mistake they decided to not accept their mistake and over bill us. And when they finally got caught they still did not want to accept blame or any responsibility. Still vilifying my mother who caught this mistake. My mother then decided she personally wanted to leave the group because this was coming from a pattern of front office mistakes and nastiness. Here’s my big issue that quite honestly is deplorable and huge violation the front office then proceeded to cancel, mine, my sisters, and my father’s appointments without notifying us or even our mother. So we were then left in the lurch to find dentists that as everybody knows takes a while to get into. I see that they continue to have a five star review and have not been tarnished at all so that’s why I have decided to post this review to pull back the curtain that these people especially the front office are not all sunshine and rainbows but actually quite duplicitous."

Dr. Nowak was very helpful during my consultation, advising what needed to be done. Left the RC appointment a few hours ago and my mouth feels fine! Could tell the patient manner and attention to detail was there. Definitely recommended."
