"Dr Schwegmann has been our family dentist for more than 20 yrs. He is the most caring and compassionate professional that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. He has taken care of my four children from the time they were born. They are now in their twenties and their children will eventually be his patients !! He does great work and is beyond honest. I couldn't say enough of how kind he is including his staff. He is like family and always will be. He accepts our insurance even when so many other doctors don't. If you are looking for a gentle, caring, honest, and professional dental experience, you have found your man !!"

"I called to say I was going to be a few minutes late because I was having a nosebleed. I got there 16 minutes late and could overhear their receptionist laughing about me calling to say I was going to be late. Then the extremely rude receptionist scolded me like a child and said they couldn't see me at all until at least three weeks later and that it was my fault for being late, even though I called to explain. If I could I would give them zero stars. I said that I had lost three days of sleep from being in so much pain and I got scoffed at. Horrible experience and I won't be returning. Could be the best dentist on the planet and I wouldn't even care because the office staff was so rude."

"I hadn't seen a dentist in quite some time, but broke a molar and needed fast attention. I called the office and they saw me the same day. Dr did temporary work on the tooth to stop the pain. This was the first time I saw a dentist that didn't inflict any pain. Followed up with a root canal 3 weeks later and then a cap 3 weeks after that. I'm very satisfied with the work that was done and found Dr Schwegmann very personable and concerned whether I was feeling any discomfort."

"I just had some work done here a few weeks ago. I had a cleaning, and came back one week later for 2 fillings. It was my first visit to DDS Schwegmann. After reading the previous post about the "bridge troll" comment I realized this might be the dentist for me. Sure enough, he and his staff have a great sense of humor. Everyone was pleasant, and I waited about 20 minutes before I was being worked on. He was very concerned about whether or not I was feeling any pain since I have a high tolerance to the anesthetic, and he was careful enough to make sure I was fully numb before he proceeded with any work. My fillings were a little tender for a couple days, but now they feel perfect. I recommended this dentist to my father who just chipped a tooth, and would recommend him to others as well."

"Very rude, I've been twice and it's enough for me to say not again. Takes weeks to get an appointment, they don't take patients in order, and the staff is not very friendly. During my entire one hour appointment with Dr. Schwegmann, he gossiped and talked with his assistant. I'm not a child but I still found much of his conversation inappropriate. While simultaneously using power tools on my teeth, he talked about coworkers, drunk nights during the summer, friends gaining weight and looking like "bridge trolls" and much more. Extremely inappropriate in front of a patient. I do not recommend whatsoever."
