"They dropped me as a patient because I had open heart surgery and multiple surgeries after due to complications and I failed to respond to their text messages and missed my appointment. So for this they dropped me."

"If I could give zero stars I would. I really thought this was a great place, enjoyed the dentist there but because I'm low income and had to miss a few appointments they banned me from getting dental care when they are one of the only places around that takes my insurance. The desk lady Michelle is rude and doesn't care about the patients and is not understanding at all. The reason I didn't call to cancel ever is because she would be aweful rude if I ever cancelled or rescheduled, so it gave me anxiety to call. It just took everything in me to call to try to schedule an emergency dental appointment while pregnant and she was so rude it makes me sick. So to anyone that might have issues with keeping appointments due to LIFE, I wouldn't suggest this place!!"

"Michelle & Nicole are the sweetest humans ever. I absolutely love getting to see them every 6 months. They are so sweet to my little guy and are so helpful with any questions I have regarding his teeth. Can’t imagine going anywhere else"

"Michelle, the receptionist, is the most unprofessional admin I have ever met. She made comments on my appearance, left me and my family hostile voicemails, treated non-white patients noticeably worse, and canceled an appointment once (and didn’t tell me until I had taken off of work and drove there) just out of spite. How this woman continues to be employed there is beyond me. Her behavior got worse over time and judging from other reviews, she seems to be becoming more unhinged. If this business values their patients, they’ll replace her, ASAP."
