"I don't appreciate being contradicted and told I am wrong when I raise a concern. Then you ask if there is anything else you can do. I try to explain again and you repeat the same thing. I went home and thought maybe you were right and that the too much bulk just needed to be flat ironed more. I didn't curl it under and saw that my concerns were correct. One side is shorter than the other. The one side does go up then back down from side to back. The back was supposed to be shorter then the rest and it wasn't. Here are the photos to show it. I really wish you would have listened."
