"I am a long time local and this was my 1st time coming here. Have been going to Rioz previously and it's good however, Gauchos by far exceeded all expectations. We went at 4pm when they opened so everything was very fresh. The servers and entire staff were on point from start to finish. The meats are perfect whether you like rare to well done. Very clean and inviting. Don't pass up the grilled pineapple. (I am obsessed) I am a Culinary graduate from Johnson and Wales University and a very picky foodie. I will certainly recommend this establishment to all tourist and locals. Will definitely return"

"AMAZING Brazilian barbecue!!! every cut of meat was cooked to perfection! Moist, juicy, flavorful! the salad bar was FULL of fresh options and everything was fantastic with the barbecue! Colin was bringing my wife and I the steaks out. Colin was so nice and genuine to us. He genuinely seems to love his craft and it shows in the quality of food and service he gave to us! Very sociable and out going guy ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ CUDOS TO COLIN! Gabriel greeted us at the door with a very positive attitude and sat us down at our table with a smile and proceeded to run us through the way the menu works to my wife and I. "There are a lot of good things to say about this place, we were a party of 6 (2 kids) and arrived a few minutes before opening time, we were greeted warmly and invited to sit, we visited the salad bar for some sides and when back to our table, food started coming non stop until we were satisfied (after 3 rounds). All meats were delicious and cooked medium rare, with the option of changing how do we like it to be cooked. Loved the lamb chops, spicy picahna and pineapple. 20% Tip is included for parties of 6 or more (as in most places) and our server was really kind to let me know before I double tipped (a rare occurrence this days). This is by far the best place we’ve ever been, we left happy and satisfied, this place is worth every penny you spent there, they really care about their customers and food quality."
