"Possibly had unnecessary dental work done. Definitely had poor quality dental work that after short duration needed to be redone. Haven’t been a patient for years, still suffering the painful and expensive consequences. Go elsewhere."
"I have been to better smile for all of my dental care for 15 years. Dr. Riad was always very nice and approachable. About 8 years ago I had personal issues that prevented me from making a monthly payment on the $600.00 that I still owed the practice. Dr. Riad then told me I would need a crown thar is 1200 more and I lost it and broke down in his office. He personally pulled me into his office and as the good Christian he is, he listened to my issues. He told me not to worry about making payments until I could and I knew that could be months or even years down the road and he said he did not care. He said he wouldn't turn it into collections and would wait for me to be ready. Approximately a year ago I needed to see the dentist because one of the crowns they had put on came off. The office dictator informed me that I needed to make a payment before I would be seen. I asked if doctor Riad said that and she replied yes. After another of convincing they did see me and charged me for a full appointment and an x-ray to tell me I need to see an oral surgeon. Since then another crown fell off and I had to go in again 3 months ago. Another x-ray and another fo see an oral surgeon. They again charged me for an appointment and x-ray and all I did was pull my cheek open so the doctor could look at it and say go to a oral surgeon. Dr. Riad asked me at that time why I wasn't paying my bill and I told him I am still not in a good financial position because I am now disabled and on Social Security disability making half of what I was making when I was working. He didn't care. So I have paid $50.00 a month for the last three months and literally have not had money to buy food at the end of the month. I had $10.00 left to my name last month but this practice is getting their money. I am selling my house and have equity in it and was intending on paying them off then but when Dr. Riad changed the rules that he himself maid it has now forced me to pay them money I don't have. And the last time that I seen him and he didn't even put his fingers in my mouth and charged me for an appointment. I thought that was a bit much. I actually moved my cheek aside so that he could look at the tooth. Hes never done that before. For a man that I had honestly felt cared about me as a person, he hurt me personally by going back on his word. I don't think he really cares for the patients as much as the almighty dollar now. I'm sure his family has food at the end of the month. That's what counts, right?. I will not be returning to this practice ever again. As a Christian man, I believed the word of another Christian man and he completely ripped the rug out from underneath my feet. To be honest, I am more hurt by the broken promise. Than I am upset about the money."
"Elena is a wonderful dental hygienist. She is gentle, takes her time being thorough, and often checks in to ensure you're doing ok in her chair. The dentists are also friendly and knowledgeable. I have been coming here for a year and have had an excellent experience."
"I went in today for my cleaning and it could have been way better. The dental hygienist was extremely harsh and to my understanding (and having many hours of dental shadowing) of cleaning the teeth, she barely used a mirror when cleaning especially with the scaling. Instead of giving me the saliva ejector to hold, she would hold it herself instead and in the other hand the scalar (I've never seen a dental hygienist handle the equipment like this). Because of this, she would sometimes land the saliva ejector on my cheek and gum lining which would hurt. I didn't tell her I was in pain because I didn't want her to feel bad since she was a very kind lady. At the end of my cleaning, my back teeth still had tartar on them and I had to tell them about it in order for them to go back and clean them. Lastly, she did a poor job with the toothpaste. She went very fast, only used one scoop for all of the top teeth, and did not take her time to thoroughly go over all the teeth. Despite this experience, I still scheduled my next cleaning hoping that it will be better because this place does have good reviews and I don't want to lower my hopes after just one bad experience."
"Incredibly nice staff who listen to your concerns. I have two veneers that I’m very careful with and when I asked the lady helping me if she could be gentle around them she not only understood why I was so concerned but she actively avoided doing anything too rough around those teeth! This is not always the response I get at dentists offices but she was fantastic and accommodating already set up my next appointment with them and I’m no longer nervous to go to the dentist."
