Lovely Nails

"Mary (owner) and her sister Jennifer are the kindest and most accommodating. I get the dip instead of gel, it lasts and looks so much better. I schedule my appointments ahead of time, and Mary is always thorough and on time. The salon only has 2 working, be patient with people who run their own small businesses. They are people too! To give a bad review because a salon was busy and you are a walk-in is hardly fair. Obviously they are busy because they are THAT good!! I love the personal care and attention Mary and Jennifer provide. Those overrated-overcrowded-overpriced salons are NOT worth it and they do not see you has a person. I found Lovely Nails after a horrible experience at a salon like that, and Mary fixed my nails and patiently brought healthy growth and strength back to my nails with her knowledgeable advice and care . I am so grateful for each appointment and the chance to connect with Mary and Jennifer. They live in Lewiston, and supporting local shops trying to make a living in their own home town, and isn't that what we should be doing for one another?!!...these two care more for their clientele. The shop is closed for the next week (even shop owners deserve a vacation for all their dedication and hard work and enjoy their families), and Mary is getting the shop repainted and new floors and updating furniture. It takes a long time to get that done, so again, be patient with local small businesses...it's not all magic that goes into creating a beautiful and relaxing place to enjoy. Mary does an outstanding job running her business, I won't go anywhere else!"

"Service and staff was great but the facility could stand to be a little cleaner. Regular polish selection isn't the best, but the gel options are a lot better. Did a great job on my pedicure! Would recommend calling ahead and making an appointment."
