"The Dentists and Dental Hygienists are amazing. They are respectful, kind and helpful. My issue is the scheduling at the Orchard Park location. I’ve never seen over scheduling and lack of appointment availability in any medical practice then I have seen here. You would think that working with children and families they would take into account that people need schedule accommodations. Twice now they had to reschedule my appointment due to an office issue and could not get me in for months. Whenever we do schedule it is months in advance with very little availability. After speaking with other patients that I know that go there this appears to be an ongoing issue at their Orchard Park location. I am unsure what business model they follow but it clearly includes over scheduling appointments with little realization that life happens to people as well as life happening to their businesses. I can’t even imagine how stressed their staff must feel. It saddens me but we will not be staying with this practice."

"Stay. Away. Learn from my experience and also read all the other negative reviews. Two years ago I came here to get a cleaning. They did X-rays and told me I needed some fillings. Although I had dental insurance, was in network, as well as having a dental rider on my health insurance they insisted I pay around $700 upfront, which I foolishly did. After everything went through my insurance, I should have received back around $500. Never got a penny back. I made probably a half dozen calls to my insurance to double check everything, and every time I called this place to ask about it all I got was rude incompetence. Asked for a manager many many times and always got the runaround that they weren’t there or weren’t available. Showed up in person with all my documentation, handed it over to the lady behind the counter and was told I would be contacted by the manager. Of course I never heard back. I wrote that $700 loss off as a life lesson."

"The most disappointing and infuriating experience. Having an 8am appt driving through the night to get my daughter there. We arrived at 8:16.. but beware if you plan on coming to this. Establishment. You will be charged $100 and its not a 15 minutes grace period window- its 10 minutes and not only did they not see my daughter who is leaving for college in the mid-west the receptionist was nasty. I will NEVER recommend anyone to go to a place that make you feel like a number, who doesn’t have any compassion . The bright side- we will find a better dentist and thankfully not have any surgery done with this practice. To add insult to injury they ran my debit card twice charging me $200 plus taking our Apple Pay payment from another account. Now they are denying the charges- so this 6 minute late visit has cost me $300. But what recourse do we have when they take our money- I bet these dentists are great BUT the the way this place is being managed is terrible! If we could give negative Star we would. Awful awful experience!"

"I am a new patient to the practice. My appointment was 6/12/23 however upon my arrival I was notified that the computer systems were down and power was affected. I was told that they would call me the next day to reschedule. The front office staff as well as the hygienist were kind. About 30 minutes later I received a call back from the office as they were back up and running. They were able to get me in the next day for my appointment. At my appointment I was greeted kindly as I walked in. My hygienist, Margaret, was pleasant, informative and most importantly she was gentle. When Dr Nadarajah came in he greeted me warmly, performed his exam and thanked me for coming to the practice. At checkout I had an interaction with 3 lovely ladies. They were kind and helpful, they made eye contact and smiled as I was being check out. You might not think eye contact and a smile is a big deal, however to me it is HUGE! Making your patients feel like they are human and not just a chart number is important. I would 10/10 recommend WNY Dental as my first impression was fantastic. I myself work in the healthcare field and I felt taken care of the way I take care of my patients."

"Don't go here unless you want to be treated poorly, lied to, pay more than necessary for your dental care or end up being gaslighted about how you feel about the treatment you've recieved. You will walk into this building and sit down for your appointment and hear every person that works there from receptionists, to dentists, to dental hygienists complain about it - as they should. I was getting dental care from this practice for a few years and had limited positive interactions. When I first came to the practice I was told that I had a few cavities which I then got taken care of. The next time I come in that dentist is no longer with the practice. Okay, fine, then I'm told I have another cavity so I get it taken care of. Six months later I am told that one of the cavities actually wasn't filled correctly as the 2nd dentist I had there (i believe) was fired from the company. So now I have to pay to get it retaken care of a second time. I do, and then after this I am in more pain than I ever have been, but I am now back at college so I call to find out what to do. Not only am I in pain because of their mess up but im given attitude on the phone about why I'm in pain. Eventually, I go back in and get that tooth taken care of by another new dentist #3 (for MORE money). After this I decided I would stay until I was told I had another cavity. So I attend for a while longer before I am informed of another cavity. I then called the office to ask if there was any way that I could get something in writing stating that I would not have to pay if this filling was screwed up. I was told that I had nothing to worry about because none of the dentists that I had seen up until this point were still employed. AS IF THAT WASNT REASON TO WORRY. I ended up leaving the practice and thank God because my new dentist informed me I don't have the cavity I was told I do (this makes me question how many cavities I actually had or if i was just lied to for fun). I was also informed that they believe that this practice has been improperly cleaning my teeth (im not suprised with their ever rotating dental hygienists and dentists). They also told me that I was not eligible for another panoramic scan for like 10 years come to find out im overdue and it was completely covered by my insurance. I dont recommend this practice to my worst enemy. Don't go here and don't take your kids here."
