"I was experiencing severe pain from an infected tooth. I called my dentist and I couldn't get in for 2weeks. A friend recommended the office of Dr. Kaplanski . I called and I was able to get right in the next day I ended up having a infection on the tooth that had a cap on it. The dentist was great very kind and asked me several times how I was doing and if I could feel any pain when I told her I did she injected more Novocaine. The hygienist helping her was very nice too and did a great job too. Afterwords, I asked the dentist about implants and bridges and she was very thorough with her explanations of both procedures. Later in the same day I also got a call from a staff checking up on me to find out if I had any questions and how I was doing. I booked an appointment in a couple months with a hygienist. Very accommodating with my work schedule. I like that the practice offers later hours so I don't have to take time off of work . I highly recommend Dentistry by Dr. Kaplanski ."

"Evidently they “don’t guarantee a cleaning on the first visit”, but fail to mention that when you call to schedule an appointment for a cleaning as a new patient. Received X-rays only for an hour appointment and was told I’ll have to come back in a month or so. Have never before gone to a dentist office that could not manage to do a cleaning and take X-rays in the same appointment. Huge inconvenience. Will take my business elsewhere. Do not recommend. Edit: since they edited their response to include various excuses why they only took X-rays in a one hour visit — my exact same insurance was used at my excellent previous dental office prior to moving. No issues with a cleaning at the first visit. Also, when asked why the scheduled cleaning did not occur after this visit concluded, the office said they only do a cleaning “if they have enough time” despite not letting me know when I called to literally “book a cleaning”. Regular cleanings are a part of my insurance, and again, I have never once visited an office who did not first clean my teeth. Instead of making excuses accept the feedback."

"Was very satisfied and very professional at my visit with Dr Kaplanski. I would recommend him to anyone and I am not one for pain or needles or anything to do with a dentist and he made me so relaxed and I really felt important while I was there. I was only able to leave five stars but if I can leave 50 stars I would. Like I said I would recommend him to anyone."
