"Insurance Companies and the IRS should audit them. Quotes, actual work being done, and bills don't add up. Some don't include cash paid at the office. Will start a procedure and then stop that procedure "because the insurance $ for that procedure ran out". Starts another..and the same thing, etc, etc. Be a smart consumer."

"I went to Dr. Eisen until I was old enough to realize I could choose a different dentist. He, along with his hygienist, were never welcoming or friendly people. Everyone in my family has had poor experiences with Eisen— including myself, my mother, my father, my grandmother, and my sister. He did a shoddy filling for my sister which caused her tooth to crack, which forced her to get a root canal with another dentist. He also had her come in for a visit and pulled her wisdom teeth that day, without talking beforehand about doing the procedure. And then had no empathy when she expressed how much pain she was in. For my father he did an implant improperly. He put a post in sideways, causing my father to have to get the tooth extracted that the post ran into. My father actually has spent upwards of $7,000 to fix the issues caused by the improper implants done by Eisen, along with ineffable pain and suffering. I wish the best for Eisen as a person, but he should no longer be practicing dentistry, and I’ve felt this way for a long time."

"Went for a simple cleaning, was told to my face that they take my insurance, then they say that they don't AFTER the cleaning, and try to send the bill to collections within 2 months. Pathetic business practice, and a complete dirtbag. You're better off taking care of your own teeth than going to this failure of a dentist."
