"Honestly not impressed, my sister and I went for fills, she got nothing like she asked for (he insisted he knows what he is doing, because they are the new owners and “new generation”) end result was a whole design she did not ask for and was charged $70, then he began my nails- I am finishing nail and esthetician school in Syracuse, I had two nails missing so he had to build them on his own - the acrylic was applied so thin it was bending and I said something - I know they will break if they are too thin. He said once he puts the polish on it will thicken. So I asked if it was odorless acrylic- There was also no apex to the nail - they are more flat straight. Just frustrated."

"Jenny nails is under new management. This is the first time I have been, so I do not have a reference to the previous management. The nail tech Mercedes did my pedicure. Mercedes exceeded my expectations and tidied my toes right up! Very happy with the results I had to edit my review because I went a second time and I had just as good of an experience the second time. John worked on my mani/pedi this time and it was worth EVERY penny. There will be a third+ time. They also didn't comment on my overly short nails. Which was nice since just about every salon I've been too makes a comment about how short they are or how they don't do short nails. They did a great job with the tiny nails I gave them to work with"

"I don't normally write reviews but I want to let everyone know that Jenny nail's is the best nail salon in Rome NY. I am new to Ava new York and I have to have my nails done or I don't feel normal, I arrived late and the young lady still took care of me I feel so bad that I have forgotten her name I'll update my review as soon as I call Jenny nail's tomorrow. Anyway whatever you do Stay away from the nail salon across the street Rome nail's they don't even know how to do acrylic nails my gosh what century are they living in?"

"Absolutely love the girls here. I have never had a bad experience. I go in to get my feet done every couple of months. My feet are super sensitive and they are always very patient and understanding."
