"The Worst Dental Place Ever & Dont Take Any Accountability for their Actions! Yesterday I had to go out a Hr to get 5 tooth pulled one of them has been Killing me! Valleny Dental was supposed to set up my medical transportation. I called tuesday so that everything would be on time because the 20/20 Form takes 24 hrs to go through, called back thursday to make sure that I was all set but the appointment manager doesnt know how to or want to do her Job so she started my form the day before my apt so they day of my apt Friday Jan 5th when I called to confirm my cab with MAS they said that my form still had to be reviewed because it hasnt been 24hrs but I had to be to my appointment a hour later so Im calling valley dental n theyre getting upset because they messed up. Not only did I miss my appt when the appointment manager did get me an appointment it was two weeks out after Ive been complaining about the crucial pain im in, she said she would prescribe me pain meds n antibiotics. I called right before they closed Friday to see if my meds where called in the Person who answered the phone said they did but they never did now its Jan 6th & theyre closed for the weekend & im in crucial pain n have a abcess coming in, this Lady never called my prescription in or anything. I think its super unprofessional and inconsiderate she didnt even take accountability for messing up she blamed it on MAS when it was actually her Fault! I do not recommend this dental place at All"
"As a professional in the dental industry, this place is an absolute hot mess disaster. Avoid at all costs. It’s like another cattle herding facility, get ‘em in, get ‘em out, bottom line is all we care about. Multi million dollar practice I’m sure. Dr Oja rips your mouth open callously & painfully, spends 30 seconds with you, explains ZERO, is apathetic & rude, then runs to next patient in order to get that fat HMO check every month. Zero bedside matter or care, BUT they try to perform unnecessary procedures to get the most $$ from insurance, that’s all it’s about! Zero patient/DDS relationship, care or time spent building rapport, etc. It’s also filthy. Bathroom was gross, HVAC vents look to either have black mold or years of dust built up…the X-ray technicians are horrendous, gloves weren’t changed, sanitization procedures not followed! X-ray vest plopped on without thyroid guards, & it’s also dirty. They're rushing & touching things AND then placing their hands in your MOUTH! Unreal! Would never return. Not fit for a human being. Scam artists & this office embodies all that is wrong with our medical system and government funded plans. Atrocious. Trust me when I say this, believe EVERY SINGLE BAD REVIEW! This quack wanted to do root canals & crowns on almost every tooth! Saw another Dr & they said I don’t need any of that at all! Just basic fillings on few teeth. SHE NEEDS HER LICENSE REVOKED FOR THE DAMAGE SHE DOES TI PPL! FILE COMPLAINTS WITH THE STAYE & YOUR INSURANCE!"
"I recently switched to Valley Dental after having the same dentist for 30 years. I was having extreme pain and the office got me in within a week for an evaluation. I needed some extensive work done including 2 root canals/crowns. When concerned about the cost because my insurance didn't cover them, the office manager sat and talked about my options and the cost difference between them and any other insurance /discount plans available. Dr. Ojha was very nice and answered all my questions. She did both my root canals in 1 day which was a relief. When she put my crowns on, my bite was slightly off. They took me right in the next day and corrected it. So far very satisfied with my experience."
"DO NOT go here. Worst experience of my life. Had an old filling fall out and my dentist retired. I was desperate to get it fixed before it started to hurt, which it never did hurt ever. Each time I went I sat in the waiting room an insane amount of time before being called in. First time I went to get it filled they didn't have the correct supplies to do so, I had to reschedule. When I finally went I felt very uncomfortable there and she has zero bedside manor. Felt almost like I was invisible. She didn't tell me much, didn't show me my xrays. She filled a small cavity (I think) which is too high and affects my bite. That tooth was behind the tooth the filling fell out of. She then drilled so much of my tooth away that only needed my filling replaced and now my tooth is way shorter than my others,it's sensitive to the touch. I can taste soreness when I lightly touch it w my tongue. I cannot eat ANYTHING on that side any longer at all. Now I need a root canal because she damaged my nerve. The nerve is almost exposed. Never again! I wouldn't send my worst enemy here."
