"been going here since almost 20 years. office is clean staff is nice and their hours are accommodating"
"The office staff is rude and needs training on providing good, quality customer service. I have witnessed their inappropriate behavior to other patients as well as experienced it myself. It is a shame because the dentist is caring and does very nice work. However, I changed dentists because ultimately if owners of the practice feel the front office staffs' behavior is acceptable, it indicates an overall lack of respect for the patient and it makes it difficult for me to trust their medical care."
"Been going here for years!! Since I was a child, I’m 36 now. Now my daughter goes here also. But not for very long because of this “policy” they have. I can’t go in the office or waiting room with my 7 year old daughter!!! I was told it’s because of the COVID protocols! COVID is over!! No other office I visit is even requiring masks!! This is absolutely crazy!!"
"We’ve been going to this office for 15-20 years receiving very good care for my special needs daughter, my husband and myself. Dr Nassar and the staff have always been so welcoming and kind to my daughter. Called for an appt for her and was told by a girl named Tila ( not sure of spelling) that my husband nor I could be with our daughter during her appt. She is 35 and is multiply handicapped with cognitive impairment and autism. We have to be with her to communicate for her. Tila was beyond unprofessional and rude and she hung up on me 3 different phone calls. The office manager is also very rude. These girls have zero interest in anything anyone else to say. They just want to hear themselves talk. The old staff that is no longer there would never have treated us this way. It shocks me that Dr nassar allows this all to happen. He has always been so good to us. I would never recommend going to this office. I would not go there if it was free. Completely rude , unprofessional office manager and whatever position Tila has . We are shocked at the disrespect to our special needs daughter."
"I took my 8 and 9 year old kids for their appointments today and was informed that not only could I not be in the room with the kids for their appointments to receive feedback from the hygienist and dentist, but I wasn't even allowed to stay in the building. They made me leave two minors by themselves for medical appointments. There was never any communication of this policy ahead of time, and only found out when my youngest had already been taken in for her appointment. We made these appointments like 6 months ago, they had plenty of time to inform me. It's ok when the vet asks me to leave my dog alone in the building for her appointment, it is wildly unacceptable to even suggest it for young children. My family will not be returning to this office, and I don't recommend it for anyone with young children."
