"I was a customer here since 2013. Time after time, appointment after appointment despite never receiving what I wanted, I continued to be a loyal customer until moving from the area in early 2022. Mistakenly, I thought I would try again one last time 3 short weeks ago. $450+ later on temporary color and product recommendations left me desperate yet again, and today’s phone call has me feeling less than satisfied. Apparently, my inquiry for corrective work (dying my hair all 1 color to prevent any future balayage or color fails) is oddly “1 week too late.” My hair looks the same as it was before I walked in despite small fragments of face framing. Yet, it can be “easily corrected” by dishing out additional hundreds and endless hours. Thanks for all of my wasted money and time. I’ll never return here again."
