From the first phone call they were kind, understanding, and willing to go above and beyond to help my family get in as soon as possible for our teeth cleaning. Our appointments with them were an absolute dream! The friendliness and attentiveness of their staff is unlike any dentist we have been to! We are sad that we just found them, and would have driven to Liverpool to see them if we had known what a gem they are!!"

"This is the best Dental facility I’ve ever been to hands down. I just moved back to Syracuse from the Albany area and dr Merola and team have addressed multiple issues that were never even mentioned to me by my previous dentist. (And I loved my previous dentist!). Dr. Merola will not take shortcuts and will explain in full detail your options and why they are the options. He will set you up for phenomenal dental health and provide advice and options to address issues that he foresees developing based on his mounds of experience. My dental insurance is not great, as is the case for so many people. While he will tell you about each and every concern he has for you, I have never felt pressured to receive a service. He is happy to discuss ALL options when it comes to treatment, but is very honest when asked what the best option is. He clearly sees the value in doing work that is long lasting and not just a quick fix, but will work with what is doable monetarily for you. Hygienists are also top notch! Gentle, understanding and informative! Thanks for taking such good care of me!"

"Dr. Merola is very thorough and he’s a perfectionist. I really loved how he explained the procedures he was doing and why he was doing them. My procedure took about four hours. He was checking on me constantly, making sure I was still numb and I was comfortable. He was also really wonderful about letting me know when I may feel discomfort. I felt extremely safe in his chair and I felt like he cared about what was best for me. The hygienist was also lovely. She rubbed my arm every time I may have felt a pinch or anything that could have made me feel uncomfortable. This team is so awesome, and the new office is gorgeous. Everyone who works there, makes you feel like family. I love this place."
