"What a SHAME & a SHAM! ....I called this morning (2-22-2021) to make an appointment, after waiting out all of 2020 (like all the healthy young people were told to do) and several years of not needing any medical attention or services....I was informed I would be considered a new patient, and they are NOT taking any new patients anymore. My family (father & I both) go back with this practice to the former Dr. who retired years ago. I have seen Dr. Ward (the new Dr.) several times. After informing them I wasn't a new patient, it had been several years since I had any need for medical services....same answer. I was Denied Medical Services. A basic physical for a 44 year old. I suppose this is what Co-Vid has done to the medical system. Clearly they want a person to come in every in every 3 or 4 months, they'll hit your insurance real good $$$, get your $$$$ co-pay and get you coming back. STAY AWAY FROM PRACTICES LIKE THIS. This group should be ashamed of its conduct. What a SHAME & a SHAM!"
