"Went for a check up -Dr John seems like a very capable dentist but unfortunately a cleaning for $1000 was above my pay grade. That was after the $140 X-ray. ~ Reply to DDS office comment: yes I was advised of the cost beforehand which I declined, > $500 first visit and $500 second visit for cleaning only - which you said was a better process than all the other dentists, which was the highest ever quote in my life for such a procedure, however I did indeed pay out $140 for a “look about” and X-rays."
