"Huge selection, makes it overwhelming. When first walking in we were greeted by a lady, but she seemed to FOLLOW US AROUND THE STORE. We just came in to browse, and when at the blazer section she came over to tell us that they were too big. She continued to somehow be in the same vicinity we were, and the store is big so she was obviously following us, and “straightening” the already straight clothes. She whispered something to the other owner, and he came over to tell us that we can’t use our phones to take pictures because his merchandise is “one of a kind” and “no one makes them”. I was using my phone to look up other places to explore around the area, since we’re new college students. Then he continued to ask our knowledge in suits and brands, and criticized us saying to my partner that “you must shop at Old Navy. You don’t know men’s fashion”. Overall, they came off rude and pushy. Do not recommend. The items looked cheap like resale items. Service made us not want to come back period. Very overbearing."

"This place is by appointment only and for good reason. Just make an appointment and get the attention you need in picking the best suits that will fit correctly and you’ll actually wear them with confidence. Let them be your guide in building your next outfit or whole wardrobe. Wish I had done this sooner. Now I’ve been coming back to expand my cornerstone suit collection with new pocket squares, ties, socks, dress down attire, etc. I’m constantly complimented by my new look and I can’t recommend this place enough."

"I've been meaning to check out this store for some time. My girlfriend and I went on a Saturday with full intent on purchasing a nice shirt and pair of pants at minimum, or if it could be ready in time, a full suit for an upcoming wedding. We were greeted at the entrance by a grumpy woman on a personal phone call, who told us we could not purchase or even look at anything without a sales associate and that it was by appointment only. She also told us the store was normally closed this day, despite their posted hours both online and on the entrance door sign. I got the feeling if we had shown up in dress clothes rather than relaxed Saturday wear, we would have been served or at least allowed to look around. Instead we were denied entry altogether. If you are looking to be immediately profiled and judged, this is the place to go. Rude service with a poor business model. I'll take a trip back to Connecticut or New York for a new suit before going to the Clothier."

"My BF and I went and were told we could not buy even a shirt because only sales associates could sell any apparel. I will be returning to have a manager explain this reasoning. Make it make sense!"
