"I had a video appointment yesterday for 3pm I was logged in at 2:50pm. I waited on line for 1 hr and 20 minutes no provider came on. I called the office I was told that I was marked down as a no call no show. I am very sick with sinus issues, why would I make a appointment and not go to it. Why would I call the office to see if the provider is running late? I will not see anyone from that office again. My normal office location is in Sodus they're wonderful there"

"Sister took time off of work to go to an appointment 3 different times to get told once at the doctor's that the "provider called in" and they'd have to reschedule. 3 different times. Medications that are supposed to be on automatic refills are never reordered, and even when I call the medication refill in myself, I'm waiting up to a month without my medications. If health is your objective, find another place to be seen, it could save your life."

"The Dentist here, Dr. Lana is a wonderful dentist, very professional too. I came here from an absolutely horrible dentist, and she had fixed one of my terrible cavities. Was very gentle and very careful as well. I had explained to her my prior "dental visits" and the anxiety it has caused me. It was a night and day difference! She was obviously very skilled and i had literally no pain while under her care. I hope to be treated by her again in the future! (Yes this is a real review)"

"Update: Giving full 5 stars. At my last visit, Dr Cantone and her assistant were very kind and put my interests first when I had questions about my dental plan. What a nice group of people, from the moment I walked in the door until I sat down with the dentist. I truly mean it. Not sure where some of these other complaints are coming from. Both my visits have been fantastic. Would definitely recommend!"

"TERRIBLE COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, NO BEDSIDE MANNER AT ALL!! We went exactly one time and you could not pay me to ever go back there and deal with that awful woman, the dentist. I heard there was a "family" dentist in Port Byron so I thought I would get in down there and not have such a long ride out to our children's dentist in Fulton. Everything about it was terrible from the beginning . I made the appt for my 7 yr old daughter, for 8 a.m. The doors to the building were locked when we arrived, we waited 10-15 mins for someone to pull in and unlock the doors, the receptionist apparently. She was so incompetent it's a hard to believe she has a job at all. Then we are told that the dentist is not a pediatric dentist but she will, quote, "do whatever work she's comfortable with". This dentist was the most awful woman. The way she spoke to me, I have NEVER in my life had a professional person, talk to me like that. Everything she said was in a condescending tone, like she was scolding me and then she turned it on my child. It took everything I had in me not to take my child right out of that chair and walk out. I couldn't believe this woman. I was so angry when I left that place, I will NEVER be going back there. If they would have told me over the phone that this woman was not even a pediatric dentist I would not have even wasted my time. I will gladly keep our dentist at McCue Dental in Fulton and drive an hour each way. WORST DENTIST EVER!!!"
