"I have been waiting almost two weeks to get a CT Scan. I was told be Dr. Bryan that I would hear from someone from the office but that has not happened either. I know people are busy but I feel at this point that I am being neglected. This has been the worse medical experience in my life and I am 69 years old. I have never been so ignored by a medical staff and they do not know how to code for this procedure (ICD10). The hosptial has even offered to help them code it the right way for Medicare. So here I sit waiting and waiting for someone to respond."

"The doctor is good, but when they put through orders to perform a procedure, you do not hear from anyone. Waiting to get a CT scan and it has been over a week. I called the hospital they have no orders. Called the doctor’s office and there was no return call so I am very disappointed with the lack of importance. So need to reach out to my primary care to try and get the CT scan."
