"This place is an absolute joke. I've called three times to get my dental records transferred to my new dentist where I moved, and at this point, I'm pretty sure they've just lost my records. So now I have to pay hundreds of dollars to get those x-rays done again. When I try to call, the line is now disconnected. Not sure if they went out of business, but if they are accepting patients, you should stay far away."

"I have been a patient with this office for a few years now. It hasn't been up until the last 5 months that I've had issues. Between no one answering their phone, no phone call back or someone answering and just hanging up. It's very unfortunate. My children and I enjoyed this office, looks like we will be going else where now."

"The staff are very kind and friendly, are very helpful and accommodating, however the phone is almost never answered. At times I have called 6 times in a 2 hour time frame and no one answered or called back, or I have also called numerous times and left messages to receive a call back only to not get one and have to call myself several days later. If phone calls were answered and returned more regularly I would rate 5/5 stars, hopefully this can be resolved."

Dr. Puddicombe was extremely kind, & worked very quickly, I was shocked at how quick & painless the whole experience was. The entire staff from the front to back are very nice & helpful!! Thanks again! Update: My 3 year old son had his very first dentist visit last month & they were amazing with him. Dr Puddicombe & staff are exceptional!"
