"Evelyn (Front Desk) Keeps hanging up on me as soon as I introduce myself. I've tried calling multiple times but I keep getting hung up on. Unprofessional and not a good way to build your brand."

"I liked the way my dogs were groomed and the staff was nice enough. What I did not like is being charged 6% over service and tip just to use as card. Then there was tax on top of that. When I said something to one of the front office staff about the 6% her response was that they would not make money if they did not charge that. Very offensive when I know that is not true. VISA has federal restrictions to not being allowed to charge more than1.5% fee to use a credit card. So they are pocketing the remainder. I paid with a debit card but was charged the same thing even though the payment came directly out of my checking account. Just not happy with the business practices at all."

"Just got back from our 1st visit and he looks SO handsome!!!! The staff at this establishment was so kind and courteous and made sure we got what we asked for. I definitely felt comfortable leaving him here for his appointment and he left so happy. Can’t wait to call and schedule my next appointment with y’all!!! Thank you again ❤️"

"After having surgery and wearing an ecollar my dog was really matted around his neck where the collar was. It was so bad I assumed we may have had to shave him down. Kenna was his groomer and she did an amazing job shaving what she needed to but not the whole thing and blending him in so well. Ignore the leg that was shaved from his IV during surgery and not part of the groom. She did such a great job blending everything in while still keeping him looking like a Labradoodle. I was so worried he would look crazy after all those knots but he’s absolutely adorable!"

"Samantha and her staff were absolutely incredible!! I have a one year old English springer who is definitely squirmy and they not only gave him the most beautiful groom he’s ever had, but they also made sure he was kept comfortable during the grooming process. He left the happiest and most handsome pup - Samantha and her staff really listened to our grooming needs and paid such great attention to detail. I highly recommend a Barking Boutique if you want a great groom and staff that truly cares about your pup and it’s needs!"
