"This is a 5 star restaurant. Period. The food was utterly amazing. The tuna steak on the starters menu should be a full blown entree… that’s the best rare tuna I’ve ever had in my LIFE. The prime rib was salty, sweet, and savory. The fried green tomatoes are to die for. The pasta is cooked perfectly. Every single possible thing I’ve had in the few times I’ve been here is just perfect. This is by far the best restaurant in Franklin!"

"We were in town for a few hours for some business and decided to find somewhere local to eat. Like others have said, seeing the below 4 star rating (it was 3.3 stars when we looked) made me initially rule out coming here. However, after getting a recommendation for the place from a local, as well as seeing what made the reviews low, we decided to give the place a try. Let me say, we were very happy with our decision. Three atmosphere, design, and decoration was lovely. It was simply yet classy, warm and welcoming. When we entered we were greeted promptly by a member behind the bar and told that someone would be with us in a moment. Throughout the evening the staff was great, very friendly and attentive. For our orders we started with the fried cheese lollipops. Husband ordered the brisket as his entree, with the smoked gouda mac and cheese for the side. Since we were there on a Thursday I opted for their Thursday special of surf and turf, an 8oz sirloin and three shrimp (I chose fried shrimp). Both entrees came with a house salad, bread for the table, and chef's vegetables, which was a squash and zucchini medley in a tomato sauce. Presentation was appealing, and everything tasted amazing. Though I did get ranch with my salad, I was also brought the house dressing to try. Next time I will definitely order the house dressing. The steak was cooked perfectly. The fried shrimp had a classic batter coating and were cooked perfectly. Husband's mac was delicious as well. I cannot comment on the brisket as I didn't taste it, but husband said it was really good. If I had to find something to not like it would be that the lollipop sticks in the fried cheese lollipops were simply gimmicky and useless. The fried cheese was cooked perfectly which made it not stay on the sticks. I would definitely return, even with us two hours away."

"I am visiting some friends in the area and they took me to the wine/beer tasting dinner on Thursday evening. I don't drink either wine or beer, but I did sample a taste of all the offerings. All of the wine, with the exception of 1, was very acidic, but everyone else seemed to enjoy the pairings. The food was very, very good but there were a lot of temperature issues. Things were served either very hot or on the cooler side of room temperature. Again, I think the food was excellent and the staff were wonderful. I would definitely go again but want to try food off their main menu."

"This place was amazing tons of outdoor seating and indoor there where heaters so that if it was cold you could turn them on. My family and I were a little nervous at first because it had 3 stars but the food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Sadly they were only doing lunch on the day I went but I would highly recommend the steak, salad,their homemade chicken fingers, and the TRUFFLE FRIES. The truffle fries were AMAZING. The food was a little slow but it was probably because my brother got a medium rare steak. Overall I would highly recommend."

"Was a little skeptical after reading these reviews, but my experience was the total opposite. I have been there twice now. once for lunch and once for dinner. The times our server was attentive and helpful. Excellent service, and have not been disappointed with anything I’ve had so far from appetizers to dessert!! Menu had a little something for everyone."
